Our buildings are green, cheaper to construct, and create better market value than the standard stock plans available on the market.
Our buildings consume much less energy, sometimes have courtyards or green houses, all of them have private gardens,and better than standard living spaces.
Because these buildings are designed to be more economical to construct and offer more useable space per square foot of built area, it is more feasible to incorporate affordable units.
